Items bought through the online "Store" will be despatched in perfect condition and can be returned within 14 days of receipt if the purchaser has a change of mind.
The purchased item must be returned in perfect condition and the cost of the return must be born in full by the purchaser. On the safe receipt of the returned item a full refund of the cost of the item will be made.
Any damage to the packing/item in transit to the purchaser must be recorded/photographed on receipt and the evidence e-mailed to Hugh immediately.
The Terms and Conditions of individual items commissioned directly with Hugh will be discussed by Hugh at the time of commission.
